Two private rooms plus convertible living space. Everyone has their own spot.

Master Bedroom

Private room with upgraded Queen mattress, fitted sheet & top sheet included, reading lights, closet storage, and a wall-mounted TV with HDMI hookup.

Bunkhouse

Private room with 3 single bunks (2 with added foam padding) plus a pullout foam couch on the floor. Includes its own TV and DVD player.

Dinette

The large U-shaped dinette converts into a comfortable bed for two, with tinted windows for privacy.

Sofa

The main living room sofa folds out into a bed for two. A great option for older kids or a couple who want their own space separate from the master bedroom.

* Fitted sheet and top sheet included for Master Bed. All other guests bring their own linens, pillows, and sleeping bags.

Delivery fee: We're based in Nipigon and deliver within 200 km. A flat $150 delivery fee applies for trips up to 100 km from Nipigon. Longer distances are quoted individually — just ask.

Outdoor kitchen: The exterior gas stove is available but guests are responsible for supplying their own propane if they use it.

Paddle board add-on: Available — ask when booking.

Guest Responsibilities

  • ⚠ Bring your own linens, pillows & sleeping bags (except master bed)
  • ⚠ Guests provide propane if using the outdoor kitchen stove
  • ✕ Strictly no pets — owner has severe allergies. Pet hair evidence results in a cleaning fine.
  • ✕ Strictly no smoking inside or outside the trailer. Evidence of smoke results in a cleaning fine.
  • ✕ Guests never drive or tow the trailer — we handle all transport.
  • ⚠ Minimum 3-night booking required
